The company Julius Peters KG Berlin was taken over by Gebr. Haake Gmbh. Under the management of Edwin Reichel, Julius Peters modernised and developed many products.
- 1994
Edwin Reichel decided to found his own company, Reichel & Partner GmbH, and carried out a purchase of the Julius Peters product range. Currently, Reichel & Partner's product line includes equipment for safety testing (for the transport of hazardous substances), laboratory equipment, heating blocks for thermal sensitivity tests and explosives testing equipment.

The formerly known company R&P Reichel und Partner GmbH was taken over by german engineer Ralf Pfatteicher and renamed into R + P MESPRO GmbH with headquarter in Weingarten/Baden, Germany.
